Are you passionate about leading high-quality care for older persons? Join our transformative team at Limestone Coast Local Health Network as the Nursing Divisional Director for Aged Care Services. In this key leadership role, you’ll shape the future of aged care, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered across our network.

As a strategic leader, you will guide the development and implementation of frameworks that support clinical practice, service delivery, and risk management. You will work closely with our Executive Director of Nursing & Midwifery to drive positive change and improve aged care services while fostering a healthy work environment for our dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership to aged care services across the LHN, driving the highest standards of care.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic frameworks for aged care services.
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care to older persons.
  • Lead governance, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage resources effectively and lead teams through complex change and growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with at least 5 years post-registration experience.
  • Proven leadership in aged care services, including experience with dementia care.
  • Strong skills in communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead through change.
  • Experience in applying aged care funding guidelines and quality improvement processes.
