Join us as an Executive Assistant in Community & Allied Health! 

Are you highly organised and eager to contribute to the smooth running of a dynamic healthcare environment? We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN). In this vital role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Executive Director, while actively contributing to the improvement and growth of administrative processes and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and manage comprehensive, confidential administrative support for the Executive Director.
  • Act as a point of liaison, information, and support for relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure continuous quality improvement programs and activities are aligned with the organisation’s strategic and corporate goals.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of systems to improve administrative processes and services.
  • Support project work as directed, ensuring efficient and organised project coordination.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in providing a secretariat support to Executive/senior committees including minute taking, preparation of agendas and other relevant material.
  • Proven experience in establishing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures.
  • Proven experience in organising meetings and itineraries.
  • Experience in working and communicating in a team environment.
  • Experience in use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and web-based programs.
