About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Services Officer to join our dedicated team, working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary rehabilitation care environment. In this rewarding role, you’ll play a key part in supporting clinicians and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality services to patients. Reporting to the Team Leader Support Services, you’ll bring strong organisational skills, initiative and a collaborative spirit to help create a positive experience for both staff and clients. Your ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to a team-focused workplace will be essential.

About You

You're a dedicated and capable professional who thrives in a team-based rehabilitation care setting. You take pride in delivering high-quality support services and are committed to the wellbeing of patients, staff, and visitors alike. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate III qualification relevant to the role, plus at least 560 hours of in-service experience in a healthcare setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds

  • Proven ability to work under limited direction—prioritising tasks, using sound judgement, and handling challenging situations with confidence

  • Solid knowledge of support services operations, workplace safety, and customer service principles within a healthcare environment
