The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) has an exciting opportunity for passionate and dedicated Social Workers to join our Community and Allied Health team.

As a Social Worker, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals, families, and communities across the region. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver services that promote wellbeing, independence, and positive health outcomes through assessment, counselling, advocacy, education, and community development.

Depending on your experience, you may be appointed as an AHP1 Social Worker, focusing on developing your clinical skills under professional supervision, or as an AHP2 Senior Social Worker, applying advanced knowledge and leadership in complex clinical situations.

About You:

You will have:

  • A recognised qualification in Social Work and eligibility for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to culturally safe, person-centred care
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the Eyre and Far North region
