About the Role:

Join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Administrative Support Officer within our  GP Plus Health Care Centres.

The Administrative Support Officer is responsible for the provision of a quality focused Health Care environment through promoting, delivery and evaluation of high-quality customer service and standards along with providing a comprehensive and confidential administrative and reception service to all.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to support essential healthcare services in our community. You will work within a collaborative environment where your administrative expertise directly contributes to patient care and service delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • provide comprehensive administrative support to clinical and operational teams
  • manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
  • coordinate appointments, meetings, and administrative processes
  • support data entry and maintain accurate records
  • assist with general office duties and customer service to our stakeholders
