About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Administration Officer, making a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery within our busy Emergency Department.

In this role, you will be an essential part of our Emergency Department team, ensuring smooth administrative operations that directly support patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • provide comprehensive administrative support to Emergency Department staff and management
  • manage patient records, appointments, and clinical documentation systems
  • coordinate communication between departments and external healthcare providers
  • support emergency response procedures and administrative protocols
  • maintain accurate databases and prepare reports as required

You will be required to participate in the administration roster requirements to ensure coverage of our Emergency Department 24/7.

To excel in this role you will possess proven administrative experience, strong computer skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
