About the Role

As the Memory Trials Nurse Unit Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading a passionate and skilled team dedicated to advancing dementia and memory-related research. Working closely with Principal Investigators and clinical trial staff, you’ll ensure the unit runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality care and scientific excellence. Your leadership will help shape the future of memory research by supporting high-quality clinical trials that make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.

In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate resources, and provide guidance and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team. You’ll collaborate across clinical, research, and administrative functions to deliver best-practice outcomes while fostering a supportive and positive workplace culture.
