Make an Impact as an Administration Officer – Community Health EFN

We are looking for an organised, motivated, and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our Community Health team in the Eyre and Far North region. In this rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and confidentially.

As an essential part of the Community Health service, you will support the smooth coordination of daily operations by managing enquiries, maintaining accurate records, assisting with information systems, and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently. Your contribution will help our clinical teams deliver timely, responsive, and high-quality care to the communities we serve.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in providing a comprehensive and efficient range of administrative & clerical support services.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of computer software programs, in particular Microsoft Office programs and the Internet.

This is a part time vacancy, working 45 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
