• Location:  Berri SA
• Permanent part time role, working 32 hours per fortnight

About the role

As a Registered Nurse at Berri, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to the local Riverland community. This position offers the opportunity to grow from a developing practitioner into a confident and capable clinician, supported by ongoing professional development and valuable hands-on experience. You will consolidate your clinical knowledge and skills while providing safe, person-centred care that contributes to positive health outcomes for patients and their families.

Working as part of a collaborative healthcare team, you will build strong relationships with colleagues across nursing, medical and allied health disciplines to ensure coordinated, responsive care. You will also support the development of others by supervising students, Assistants in Nursing and Enrolled Nurses, while maintaining effective partnerships with external organisations to help meet the needs of the community you serve.

About You

You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while working collaboratively within a supportive healthcare team.

• Registered or eligible with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Able to prioritise workload and adapt in a dynamic care environment
• Committed to safe, quality, patient and family-centred care
