Ceduna District Health Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Renal Dialysis Unit in an ongoing full-time capacity. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients requiring haemodialysis and hemodiafiltration, supporting them throughout their treatment journey.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan and coordinate care tailored to individual patient needs, while engaging respectfully with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. How Will You Contribute?

  • Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to renal patients, including assessment, planning, and coordination of care
  • Deliver haemodialysis and haemodiafiltration treatments while monitoring patient wellbeing and responding to clinical needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external services to ensure holistic, coordinated care
  • Support quality improvement initiatives, education of patients and staff, and contribute to a positive team environment
