Overview:

The Digital Strategy and Content Advisor is responsible for the development, implementation and review of an effective digital communications strategy and ongoing maintenance programs and services for the agency’s website, intranet, social media and digital platforms, in alignment with the agency’s public affairs and communications objectives.

The role develops, implements and reviews digital communications strategies and identifies and implements tools to effectively generate, manage and evaluate social media, intranet, website content and other digital resources that ensure digital communications effectively reach and engage target audiences. 

The Digital Strategy and Content Advisor analyses business requirements and provides consultancy to the development of effective web and intranet content, including providing expert contribution to strategic communication campaigns, internal and external communications and online and digital channels that promote the work of PHSA.

The role provides expert advice and guidance to the Digital Content Coordinator to ensure digital content is engaging, accessible, user-friendly and aligned with PHSA branding and messaging, monitors and reports on digital analytics utilising tools such as Power BI to unify data from multiple digital channels to develop dashboards to demonstrate engagement and reach.

The Digital Strategy and Content Advisor will keep up to date with new communication technologies and ways of working to ensure the agency keeps abreast of change and opportunities.  AI tools and strategies will be part of the knowledge suite that this role will also lead for the agency.

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
