About the Role

Join our rehabilitation team as an Exercise Physiologist and help deliver high quality, patient centred rehabilitation services across CALHN. You will work with a diverse client group, including people experiencing cancer and other conditions impacting physical function, to support recovery, independence and improved wellbeing.

• Deliver exercise physiology and rehabilitation services
• Support patient goals through tailored interventions
• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Promote evidence based and patient centred practice
• Support allied health assistants and student learning
• Contribute to positive rehabilitation outcomes

About You

You are a compassionate and motivated Exercise Physiologist who enjoys supporting people through rehabilitation and delivering evidence based care within a collaborative healthcare environment.

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA membership
• Deliver safe rehabilitation and exercise interventions
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate confidently with clients and carers
