About the role

Join SA Pharmacy as a Regional Lead Pharmacist in Port Augusta and lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred pharmacy services across the region. You'll oversee the day-to-day management of pharmacy services and associated sites, providing strategic, clinical and operational leadership while ensuring safe, cost-effective medication management aligned with SA Pharmacy and Regional Local Health Network priorities.

This influential role combines advanced clinical practice with workforce leadership, service development and statewide collaboration. You'll lead and mentor pharmacists, technicians, interns and students, oversee education and workforce capability, manage departmental resources and contribute to medication safety, policy development and strategic initiatives. About You

You are an experienced pharmacy leader who thrives on developing people, driving service excellence and improving medication management across regional healthcare services.

• Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Board registration

• Lead pharmacy teams and regional service delivery

• Mentor pharmacists, interns, students and support staff

• Drive medication safety, quality and service improvement
