About the Role

Join the TMO Unit and keep our junior doctor workforce running smoothly. You’ll manage a medical admin portfolio, support safe rosters and recruitment, build trusted relationships and ensure TMOs across CALHN feel supported from start to finish.

• Coordinate TMO recruitment, allocation and rotations
• Manage rosters, leave and workforce data
• Monitor safe hours under SA Health EA
• Support IMG processes and compliance with AHPRA
• Liaise with leaders, HR and partners like SA MET and unions

About You

You’re a calm, capable admin professional who thrives on detail, people and pace, and knows how to keep complex services running smoothly.

• Work independently, use judgement and stay on track with minimal direction
• Communicate clearly with leaders, teams and external partners
• Manage data, documents and systems with care and strict privacy
• Juggle priorities, meet deadlines and stay steady under pressure
• Use Microsoft tools to support rosters, reports and client service
