About the Role

Lead Acute Medicine physiotherapy at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Shape care, guide a high performing team and hold a hands on caseload. Build strong links across disciplines while driving quality, learning and research that lift patient outcomes.

Duties
• Lead the Acute Medicine physiotherapy team
• Manage a complex clinical caseload
• Coach, support and supervise staff
• Build strong links with medical and allied health teams
• Drive service quality, safety and best practice
• Guide learning, student support and research
• Advise referrers and post discharge providers

About You

You are a confident clinical leader who blends advanced practice with people focus, ready to guide teams and deliver high quality Acute Medicine care in a fast paced hospital setting.

• Degree eligible for Physiotherapy Board of Australia registration
• Advanced Acute Medicine clinical practice with complex caseloads
• Proven team leadership, supervision and performance feedback
• Strong judgement, planning and calm decision making under pressure
• Clear communicator committed to evidence based, patient centred care
