About the Role
Join our 16 bed Coronary Care Unit and make a real difference in the lives of patients with acute and complex cardiac conditions. You’ll provide expert clinical care, work alongside leading cardiology specialists, and build valuable skills through extensive education, mentoring and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, patient centred cardiac care
• Assess, monitor and respond to acute clinical needs
• Support patients and families through treatment and recovery
• Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise and support students, Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing
• Maintain accurate clinical records and safe care standards
• Grow advanced cardiac and life support skills through ongoing education

About You
You’re a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Bring experience in cardiology nursing and acute care
• Communicate confidently and build strong team relationships
• Prioritise workloads and adapt to changing clinical needs
• Deliver patient and family centred care with professionalism and compassion
