Mount Barker, located 40 minutes from Adelaide in the Adelaide Hills, is a perfect blend of natural beauty, local heritage, and gourmet food. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Are you an experienced Physiotherapist with advanced clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care across community and out-of-hospital services?
- Do you have the ability to provide clinical leadership, mentorship and supervision to allied health professionals within a multidisciplinary environment?
- Can you effectively lead service improvement initiatives, contribute to innovative models of care, and support workforce development across regional health services?
- Are you a strong communicator who can build productive relationships with consumers, carers, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders?
- Do you have a commitment to continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, cultural safety, and improving outcomes for rural and regional communities?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will……….
- Deliver advanced physiotherapy services and clinical leadership to clients within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Out of Hospital Program and broader BHFLHN services.
- Support the development, implementation and evaluation of physiotherapy services, clinical protocols and models of care that improve client outcomes.
- Provide supervision, mentoring and professional development support to physiotherapy and allied health staff, students and emerging clinicians.
- Collaborate with consumers, carers, multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to ensure services are client-centred, culturally safe and responsive to community needs.
- Lead and contribute to quality improvement, clinical research and service evaluation activities, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery across the region.
