About the Role

RN-1   Join our Mental Health team and make a meaningful difference to the lives of consumers as you deliver compassionate, person-centred nursing care within a supportive practice environment. Working with guidance from, or access to, experienced Mental Health Nurses, you will provide comprehensive nursing care and individual case management, while supporting recovery through education, counselling and group work. You will build your clinical capability through experience and professional development, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community organisations, and contribute to positive health and recovery outcomes for consumers.

RN-2  Join our Mental Health Clinical Program and bring your expertise, compassion and clinical leadership to a role where you can make a meaningful difference to consumer recovery. As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide comprehensive, person-centred nursing care and individual case management across a range of mental health settings, supporting consumers through education, counselling and group work. You will take accountability for your practice, guide and develop less experienced staff, and contribute to clinical teaching, research and improvement initiatives. With opportunities to support complex projects, develop portfolios aligned with your career goals and contribute to clinical protocols and service improvements, you will continue to grow your practice while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community organisations to achieve positive outcomes for consumers.
