About the Role:

Join our team as a Clinical Nurse and take the next step in your paediatric nursing career. What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria 

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with a current or eligible practising certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience, with demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice.
  • Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills, including the ability to support and develop less experienced staff.
  • Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and work independently, while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Sound knowledge of nursing standards, legislation, quality improvement and contemporary healthcare, with experience in staff education and Microsoft Office.

Desired Criteria 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing, human services or a related discipline.
  • Experience in quality improvement and evidence-based practice, including applying nursing research to clinical practice.
  • Strong teamwork and digital skills, with knowledge of the South Australian Public Health System and contemporary nursing issues.
