About the Role

Make a meaningful impact as a Clinical Dietitian, delivering high-quality nutrition care that supports rehabilitation and recovery. Work alongside a skilled team to tailor care to patient goals, improve outcomes and support safe transitions home.

• Deliver specialist nutrition care for complex needs
• Assess needs and develop tailored dietetic care plans
• Support rehabilitation goals, recovery and safe discharge
• Collaborate with patients, carers and interdisciplinary teams
• Contribute to quality improvement, education and research

About You

You’re a collaborative and adaptable Dietitian who brings sound clinical judgement, clear communication and a commitment to evidence-based, person-centred rehabilitation care.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a Dietetics qualification eligible for Dietitians Australia
• Bring rehabilitation experience with complex adult care needs
• Deliver evidence-based, person-centred dietetic care
• Work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Prioritise complex workloads and communicate with confidence
