About the Role
Join our team as an Associate Unit Manager and help lead a skilled nursing team. You’ll support daily unit operations, champion quality care, build team capability and help drive positive practice change.

  • Lead day to day unit operations and care delivery
  • Build staff capability, performance and team culture
  • Drive practice change, quality and safe care
  • Manage rosters, leave, staffing, resources and supplies
  • Support recruitment, guide staff and build strong partnerships

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring the right registration, experience and a collaborative approach.

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated competence in relevant nursing practice
  • Experience guiding and supporting less experienced staff
  • Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of nursing standards, quality and health legislation
