WHO ARE WE?
The RSS is a directorate of the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, that delivers a range of enabling services, such as workforce planning and recruitment, digital health, finance, infrastructure, procurement, and clinical governance support. Our purpose is to strengthen and sustain healthcare delivery in rural and regional areas by providing consistent, efficient, and specialist support functions to the six regional local health networks (LHNs) across South Australia. We work across 37 regional, rural and remote SA locations, as well as 3 Adelaide offices.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will...
- Assess and process PATS claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria, policies, and delegated authorities.
- Provide high-quality customer service and specialist advice to patients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders, delivering clear and timely communication.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records within the Salesforce PATS Portal to support efficient claim processing and payment administration.
- Work collaboratively with regional and metropolitan PATS teams to ensure consistent, seamless, and patient-centred service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, supporting quality initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
