About the Role:

Join our caring team and play an important role in supporting Enrolled and Registered Nurses/Midwives to provide quality patient care. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of patients while working independently and as part of a supportive healthcare team.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria 

• Relevant qualifications or current enrolment in nursing, midwifery or an approved health-related Certificate III/IV.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to person-centred care and supporting positive patient outcomes.
• Understanding of the AIN/Assistant in Midwifery role, relevant standards, legislation and professional responsibilities.

Desired Criteria 

• Relevant qualifications or education related to the role.
• Experience providing personal care in a healthcare, community or residential setting.
• Technology skills and knowledge of quality improvement and contemporary healthcare practices.
