We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Manager to drive innovation and excellence across our enterprise-wide Cisco software-defined network. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our wired and wireless infrastructure, driving innovation through automation and best-practice alignment, and ensuring the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Network Engineers.
- Manage and continuously enhance the university’s core network infrastructure.
- Design and implement network solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Oversee critical projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Provide expert advice across departments and liaise with external vendors.
- Ensure compliance, security, and service excellence across all network operations.
About You
You’re an experienced network professional able to demonstrate:
- Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead and develop a team of network engineers.
- Strategic & Technical Expertise: Experience aligning infrastructure with strategic goals and staying current with industry trends.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TCP/IP networking, load balancing, network virtualization, and cloud networking.
- Certifications & Tools: CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certifications; familiarity with Python and REST APIs.
