This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.
The Star Brisbane is looking to appoint a Coordinator Scheduling & Administration. The purpose of this position is to Schedule all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PM’s) and all Planned Corrective Maintenance (CM’s) for all Property Operations Team Members. The role includes all administration and coordination of systems and internal processes, i.e., rosters, inventory, communications, procurement, invoicing, etc. to ensure all scheduled activities can be successfully completed by priority, asset criticality and plan. The salary is $87,000 TEC.
A few of your responsibilities
- Accurate and timely coordination of Purchase Orders for Scheduled Works
- Accurate and timely coordination of Inventory Procurement for Scheduled Works
- Accurate and timely processing of Invoices
- Timely close-out of all scheduled works orders in Maximo
- Management of Maximo backlog aging reports
- Working closely with management to accurately manage the team’s rosters and scheduled works plans
What are we looking for:
- Previous Scheduling experience in a maintenance or similar environment desirable
- Minimum Cert 3 in Business Administration or other Business discipline
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills
- Continuous Improvement Mindset
- Demonstrated competency in Accurate and Timely Reporting
- Understanding of Hotel and Hospitality operating environments
