Reservations Agent – Guest Experience

As our Reservations Agent, you will be part of the Guest Experience team within the Group Customer & Product division, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will contribute to the seamless booking experience for our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and enhances our reputation as a trusted destination.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Handle guest reservations and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide accurate information about our properties, services, and availability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure guest needs are met
  • Maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in front-line customer service or contact centre roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
