Senior Project Manager – Financial Crime

As our Senior Project Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager Financial Crime Governance, you will lead the delivery of strategic projects within the AML & CTF – Financial Crime division, ensuring alignment with The Star’s broader risk and compliance objectives.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will manage end-to-end project delivery, provide expert project leadership, and ensure outcomes are achieved within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Effectively plan and manage projects in alignment with the Project Delivery Methodology.
- Prepare and manage project plans, including timelines, key milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Manage the overall plan in conjunction with senior managers to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget.
- Own and manage the project budget, including preparation of Capital Appropriation Requests and financial reporting.
- Prepare and present project status reports and ensure professional communication with stakeholders.

- Strong experience in project management and PM tools.
- Extensive track record of delivering projects within time, budget, scope, and quality parameters.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
