We are seeking a Group Manager of People Systems & Reporting to join our team based in Sydney, Brisbane or Gold Coast. This role will involve supporting the General Manager People Systems & Reporting to develop, implement and monitor our People and Performance metrics with high quality systems and analytics to allow for the effective management of The Star’s People & Performance function and initiatives.

A few of your responsibilities:  

  • Lead a high performing team, as well as being a Subject Matter Expert within the team to ensure all technology is maintained at an optimal and efficient level, and building cross-skilled and agile capability across the team
  • Manage SAP system needs (EC, LMS, Payroll, Performance & Goals) of the wider P&P department and identify, analyse and recommend business process improvement and system enhancements
  • Generate and analyse data to provide people metrics and support board papers
  • Engage with Senior Leaders, IT and external vendors to provide support and recommendations
  • Manage end to end testing cycle from concept, design, testing and deployment to production

About you:

  • You have a wealth of experience in Success Factors modules (i.e., Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Talent and Succession, Learning modules)
  • You will need to demonstrate proven experience using a range of HR Technology including functionality and frameworks
  • You will have held similar leadership roles in a large and complex organisation, and be able to lead change and inspire others
  • You have proven success in developing and improving ERP systems and the ability to interpret and analyse data
  • Your will show excellence in strategic thinking, problem solve and forecast long term objectives
  • You will be experienced in communicating with and influencing key stakeholders across the business
