We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Unit Manager to join our dedicated Morrison Living team at our Residential Aged Care Facility in Richmond, NSW. Home to 134 Residents, the kitchen provides meals daily, you will be on site Monday to Friday with the occasional need for weekends and public holidays.

THE POSITION

• Manage and mentor catering staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Oversee compliance related to food safety, WHS and quality.
• Ensure stock control and cost management delivers on budget.
• Work with your team to guarantee an amazing resident experience every day!

THE PERSON

• Experienced in effective budget management and delivery.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards relating to Aged Care and Food Services.
• Possess a National Police Clearance and flu vaccination (or be willing to obtain).
• Experience as a Chef is beneficial but not essential.
