We are seeking QLD Licenced HVAC’s to join our QLD Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations. These positions will be FIFO from Brisbane Airport to sites all across Regional QLD. Our Casual pool are often utilised for coverage on site for backfill during hiring, sick leave, and annual leave with swings usually being 14 days at a time, with a minimum of 7 days R&R. All Swings are Day Shift Only & Fly Out Days may vary site to site.

THE POSITION

• Provide HVAC maintenance support to our established facilities maintenance teams in a remote mining village environment including Commercial Kitchens, accommodation Air Conditioning Units etc.
• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works, fault finding, reactive maintenance including assisting other trades
• Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
• Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
• Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
• Report to Delta FM Hub Scheduling Team

THE PERSON

• Current QLD Restricted Elec Licence & Full Arctick Licence
• Current Australian Drivers Licence 
• CPR + LVR & National Police Check within 12 months
• Well versed in all maintenance processes and workplace health and safety regulations
• Able to access Brisbane Airport for FIFO ongoing works
