The Role 
As Enterprise Data & AI Platforms Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, governance, architecture, and enablement of our enterprise-wide data capabilities. You’ll ensure our platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned to business priorities—driving faster, more consistent access to high-quality data. You’ll also be a key voice in shaping our AI approach, ensuring innovation is ethical, controlled, and impactful. 

What You’ll Do 

• Define and deliver the enterprise data strategy, ensuring alignment with business and digital transformation priorities. 

• Lead governance frameworks, policies, and standards for data quality, privacy, and security. 

• Oversee the architecture, performance, and evolution of enterprise data and AI platforms. 

• Champion modern cloud technologies to deliver efficiency, insight, and innovation. 

• Design scalable data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks for analytics, AI, and operational reporting. 

• Enable self-service analytics with governed, reusable data assets. 

• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify and deliver high-value data and AI use cases. 

• Increase organisational data and AI literacy through coaching and engagement. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 7+ years’ experience in enterprise data, analytics, or AI platform leadership. 

• Proven success delivering large-scale data solutions in complex environments. 

• Expertise in modern data architectures, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and governance frameworks. 

• Experience deploying AI/ML models in enterprise environments with strong controls (preferred). 

• Exceptional stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
