IT Solution Manager – Food & P2P 
 

Own, optimise, and future-proof the systems that power our food and procurement operations. 
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on IT leader to take full ownership of the technology ecosystem that supports Compass Group Australia’s food services and procure-to-pay processes. You’ll be the driving force behind the performance, innovation, and transformation of platforms that enable our culinary, procurement, and supplier management lifecycle—ensuring they are fit-for-purpose, competitive, and aligned with our business strategy. 

The Role 
As IT Solution Manager – Food & P2P, you will: 

• Own the end-to-end Food & P2P systems portfolio, including key platforms such as Jaggaer, Jaleh, Nutritics, CBORD, and more. 

• Define and deliver the systems roadmap, driving simplification, usability, automation, and measurable business value. 

• Act as the primary contact for all technology matters across the Food & P2P ecosystem. 

• Oversee vendor governance, ensuring strategic alignment, effective release management, and robust evaluation of AI-driven features. 

• Partner with business leaders to identify optimisation opportunities, activate underutilised features, and enable end-user adoption. 

• Lead innovation, automation, and digitisation initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. 

• Stay ahead of market and competitor trends to maintain a modern, competitive system stack. 

• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Culinary, Operations, Procurement, and Technology to deliver collaborative outcomes. 

What You’ll Bring 

• 7+ years’ experience in enterprise system ownership, digital transformation, or optimisation roles. 

• Proven vendor management expertise, including roadmap influence and governance. 

• Experience delivering and optimising Food & P2P systems or similar enterprise platforms. 

• Knowledge of automation, low-code/no-code tools, and RPA (highly desirable). 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building ability.
