What you’ll do –


As the Technology Regulation Project & Pipeline Coordinator, you will lead the pipeline management and prioritisation for the Technology regulatory submissions across the enterprise portfolio. This will include liaising with key stakeholders and technology regulation teams to determine active and planned regulatory submissions, their business impact and priority. You will champion the weekly cross-team prioritisation process which will ultimately result in a prioritised backlog of work for the Compliance Officers, Accredited Testing Facilities, and state-based Regulators


Key accountabilities –


  • Collaborate with your stakeholders and peers to ensure compliance needs are understood, championed, and acted on by the Technology Regulation function
  • Support an environment of continuous improvement and actively champion contemporary work practices, supported by effective governance
  • Strive for excellence as part of achieving a high-performing technology team and create and build a continuous improvement, positive team environment and culture
  • Contribute to key decisions and prioritise work to align with the business needs
  • Actively champion contemporary delivery practices, supported by effective governance

Knowledge and Experience that would be highly regarded-


  • Experience in release management and the implementation and support of enterprise scale software services or project management and PMO activities – Highly regarded
  • Experience working with Regulators and legal teams and an appreciation of their ways of working, communications, and expectations –
  • Detailed knowledge of State-based regulatory processes in relation to complex technology practices, preferably in the wagering and gaming industries – Highly regarded
  • Detailed knowledge gambling and entertainment industries
  • Be highly organised and possess a keen eye for detail
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills this area
