About the Opportunity

This is a high-impact opportunity to play a central role in shaping how financial crime compliance is understood, implemented, and executed across Tabcorp. As Senior Manager – Financial Crime Compliance, you’ll sit within our Financial Crime Strategy & Compliance team — translating complex regulatory obligations into clear, practical action and ensuring the business is ready for upcoming reform, including the March 2026 changes.

Partnering closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations and senior leaders across the enterprise — you’ll guide decision-making, embed robust controls, and ensure we meet our obligations at scale. In doing so, you will:

  • Translate complex financial crime legislation, regulations and codes into clear, actionable business requirements
  • Partner with Legal and senior stakeholders to interpret obligations and align enterprise-wide understanding
  • Design and uplift scalable systems, processes and controls to meet current and future regulatory requirements
  • Identify control gaps, assess effectiveness, and lead remediation strategies across the business
  • Lead the response to financial crime incidents, including diagnosis, impact assessment and remediation planning
  • Mobilise cross-functional teams to deliver both immediate fixes and sustainable, long-term solutions
  • Provide clear, balanced and timely reporting to senior stakeholders to support informed decision-making

About You

You’re a proven financial crime professional who combines deep regulatory expertise with the ability to drive practical, business-ready outcomes. You’re confident navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating complex requirements into clear direction that drives action. You’ll also bring:

  • Strong knowledge of financial crime legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience designing and implementing compliance controls in complex environments
  • The ability to interpret and communicate regulatory requirements in a clear, pragmatic way
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively
  • Commercially balanced judgement and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Why Tabcorp

You’ll play a key role in one of the most significant regulatory reform periods in the financial crime landscape — shaping how the organisation responds, uplifts capability, and embeds stronger, more effective controls. This is your opportunity to influence at scale, partner with senior leaders, and deliver meaningful change that strengthens the integrity of our operations.

What You’ll Get
