Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Senior Media Investment Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting media planning, execution, and reporting. Your contribution will help drive consistency, accuracy, and performance across a busy campaign portfolio. 

Specifically, you will;

• Coordinate campaign plans, timelines and media deliverables 

• Partner with agencies to execute campaigns accurately and on time 

• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities 

• Support the in-house buying of performance media activity 

• Prepare reporting, dashboards and post-campaign insights 

• Track budgets, invoices and purchase orders accurately 

• Support governance, approvals and regulatory compliance requirements 

 
What you'll need to succeed 

You’re organised, proactive, and confident working across multiple priorities. You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders, communicating clearly, and bringing a strong eye for detail. 

• Experienced in media planning, buying or campaign delivery 

• Strong capability in managing competing priorities and deadlines 

• Hands-on experience with Google and social ad platforms 

• Proven ability to build relationships with agencies and stakeholders 

• Ability to interpret performance data and identify key insights 

• Strong attention to detail across budgets, reporting and approvals 

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
