How savvy are you with numbers and reporting systems? Virgin Australia's dynamic Guest Contact Centre is currently searching for a Sales and Service Performance Analyst to be the reporting guru for the operation.
This role will be integral in providing performance reporting for the whole Guest Contact Centre, determining how we are performing and where the gaps are. Therefore the key to this role is a confident communication style and the ability to convert your data into meaningful, concise recommendations, answering any questions that could arise.
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, who considers themselves a wiz with numbers, and who enjoys analysing data to uncover things that the business wouldn't normally see. Your inquisitive nature will help you identify trends and come up with process improvements on things that we didn't even know needed fixing.
You'll be able to hit the ground running if you have:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of budget creation in line with resourcing requirements
- A background in resource planning in an operational environment (ideally call centres)
