- Base salary range: $80,243 – $80,243 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Rural Clinical School of Western Australia (RCSWA) is part of the UWA Medical School and spans more than 3,500km across multiple regional and remote sites in WA. Our Academic Services team works collaboratively to support academic staff, students, and medical coordinators across these diverse locations. The team is committed to responsive service delivery, continuous improvement, and contributing to the school’s educational and strategic goals.
About the opportunity
- Provide high-level administrative support for the delivery of medical education programs across multiple regional sites.
- Act as a local point of contact for students and staff, supporting program coordination and day-to-day academic operations.
- Contribute to an engaged, collaborative and supportive team environment that values initiative and quality service.
About you
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in office systems and technologies, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to customer service.
- Initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Special Requirements
- Occasional travel may be required to support activities at other RCSWA sites.
