Salary: £23,400 to £26,500 (dependent on experience)

Location: Neath - Hybrid Working (3 days a week in the office)

About the Role:

We are looking for an engaging and proactive Contact Centre Advisor to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our external customers, handling enquiries via phone and written correspondence, and resolving issues on the first contact whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls
  • Work towards set targets and service levels
  • Log and track all calls in the CRM system
  • Administer customer accounts efficiently and accurately
  • Address and resolve customer complaints

Working Hours:

  • Rotational Shift Pattern:
    • 08:00 - 16:30
    • 09:30 - 18:00
  • One Saturday morning (09:00 - 13:00) every four weeks
