About the role
At Athelstan Retirement Living we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for our residents and visitors. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Receptionist Administrator to join our team and lead our front desk operations.
As the Receptionist Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our reception/administration area ensuring all residents, guests and contractors receive a warm and professional welcome. You will manage the reception team, provide administration support, coordinate schedules, and provide support to ensure the highest level of service.
About you
You will be a professional Receptionist administrator you will assist residents, guests and contractors in a professional manner and handle issues promptly and courteously.
- Manage reception schedules, including shift planning and coverage.
- Lead and mentor reception team, providing guidance and support
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Additional qualifications in office/business administration highly regarded.
