We have a 6 month secondment opportunity available for a Technical Support Advisor within New Claims.

The Technical Support Advisor role is responsible for providing technical advice and peer support to our people in New Claims and Recovery and Support, that uplifts capability and delivers improved claim outcomes.

In this role, you will provide coaching and mentoring to ensure the delivery of timely and quality decisions and to support the management of low risk claims. You will also assist in the development of legislative and regulatory knowledge.

You will have practical experience as a Claims Representative and highly developed technical knowledge of claims determinations process and ability to apply legislation related to claims. A critical thinker, with excellent communication skills, you will readily build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to empower decision makers.
