We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality Assurance team.

The role leads the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of WorkCover Queensland’s quality assurance framework across the end-to-end claims management lifecycle.

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture that champions compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance analytics to identify trends, root causes, and emerging risks across the claims lifecycle. They will design and implement quality assurance framework, ensuring compliance with legislative and policy requirements across claims operations. The role involves championing data-driven decision-making, maintaining audit readiness, and managing quality-related risks. Additionally, the candidate will liaise with key internal stakeholders and represent the Quality Assurance function in strategic forums, and lead initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance outcomes.
