What you'll need:
To be successful in this role, you’ll have proven experience in complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects where your excellent communication skills and relationship capabilities will add value. While a relevant tertiary qualification is essential in (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), your ability to see the big picture and adapt to changing priorities will set you apart from the rest.
What you'll get up to:
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your proven project management skills on assigned hydro related projects, in a busy, varied and exciting industry.
You'll be responsible for providing high quality, effective management covering all facets of each project, including time, cost and quality as well as staff, health and safety, environment and reporting. This is a great chance to lead medium to large projects involving existing hydro power stations and assets where your expertise will enhance the optimisation of our existing plant. An understanding of contract management would be an advantageous skill to have.
