Flux is moving into a new phase that requires experienced leadership to help articulate the future and guide change management. The Agile Coach team plays a critical role in enabling business change at Flux. They make a real difference to Flux’s success and their influence has a meaningful impact on our global customer base.

Our Agile Coaches will be executing on our strategic direction for the organisation with the goal of influencing a highly productive and continuous learning workplace. Our Agile Coaches collaborate closely across our delivery and product teams to achieve the best outcome for all involved. We let pragmatism, not dogmatism, drive decisions to improve our delivery processes.
Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking an experienced Agile Coach who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes through leveraging their experience and knowledge of software development, workflow methodologies, and Agile principles. You’re a person who understands how a SaaS business runs, and apply a pragmatic approach to initiatives. You embrace collaboration, new ideas, and have the grit to see long running change through to completion.
The ideal candidate has worked in a software or SaaS company, and has seen the Software Delivery Life Cycle adapted to work in several Agile environments. We aren’t looking for certifications or degrees, but rather the practical experience to make good decisions and troubleshoot when needed,
As a bridge between the needs of our product, engineering, and business customers you will be responsible for;
Defining the Agile Coach teams strategic initiatives
Tracking, measuring, and identifying areas of improvement in the delivery practice
Providing transparency on delivery performance, and capacity
Collaborating with the Programme Group to streamline the delivery of software
Identifying strategic coaching, education, and support to improve delivery practice
The effectiveness, performance, and management of the Agile Coach team
Promoting a Continuous Learning environment
Championing and embedding an agile culture and behaviours across flux
With solid people and process experience you are used to working in a changing environment, can connect the dots, and drive outcomes with measurable results. You’re a motivated individual, and an amazing communicator with strong people management skills. Energy sector experience is a distinct advantage.
