Leading Hand - Treatment (Health - Bibra Lake, WA)

  • $32.55 per hour plus OT (when available)
  • Monday to Friday, 0530am starts
  • Bibra Lake location

The Opportunity

Based at our Bibra Lake site, we are seeking a Leading Hand to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, your day to day tasks will include operating plant and equipment within our facility to treat medical waste, coordination and supervision of the treatment operations team as well as maintaining a high level of safety and housekeeping standards.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Availability for shifts commencing at 0530am at Bibra Lake
  • The ability to work as part of a team, but also independently
  • Experience leading a team, preferably in a similar environment
  • Great communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Forklift license (advantageous, but training provided for the successful candidate)
  • Willingness to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
  • Willingness to undertake a National Police Criminal History Check

We are seeking someone who can display a superior commitment to safety and who will represent the Cleanaway Daniels brand with pride. This role is an opportunity for the suitable candidate to be upskilled and cross trained within the business.

Due to the nature of this work, evidence of current vaccination or the willingness to receive defined vaccinations is essential. This will include Tetanus and Hepatitis A & B.
