Customer Service Officer

The Opportunity

You will play a crucial role in promoting our brand to our customers by ensuring they receive the highest quality of service.

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with our valued customers, providing them with an exceptional customer service experience. You are the customer's first point of contact for resolutions, whether from internal stakeholders or external clients and members of the public.
  • Proactively handle queries via phone, web, and email. 
  • Maintain our CRM Database of all customer information and interactions.
  • Ensure close-out, escalation and resolutions are addressed. 


About You

In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication and problem-solving skills while making a meaningful impact on our customers each day.

  • Energetic ‘can do’ attitude, with an eagerness to learn.
  • You can engage in quality conversations and rapidly build strong connections.
  • Ability to navigate multiple databases and a passion for utilising technology, such as sales force, Microsoft, and web navigation. However, we will be supported with training and upskilling opportunities. 
  • Previous experience in data entry or customer service will be highly regarded.
