The Opportunity
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored waste management solutions that meet the unique needs of our SME client base.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Identify opportunities for new business and develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to enhance strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
About You
- Proven experience in a Business Development role within the Waste Industry is desirable.
- Strong communicator and have the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines and you’re driven to achieve your set targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, analyse market trends, and develop actionable plans.
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with a Sales CRM is desirable.
- Valid Driver’s License (Unrestricted).
