- $32.39ph + super + potential overtime and Saturday work
The Opportunity
Based out of our Launceston depot, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR driver to be cross trained in various trucks from front lift, rear lift and hook. This role does have a physical component to it as you will often have to move bins (on wheels!)
As a Multi System Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Safe operations of collection vehicles: rear lift, hook lift and front lift
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as and when required
- Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high quality customer service at all times
- Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers
- Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
About You
- An unrestricted HR licence with a minimum 1-2yrs experience
- Physically fit and comfortable to perform manual duties as this role can be physically demanding
- Clean driving record
- Previous experience within the waste industry would be advantageous
- Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn
- A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to work as part of a team
- Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
