• Hours; Monday 7am-4pm Tuesday to Friday 7am-11am
• Permanent Part-Time

The Opportunity 

• Liaising with customers coordinating the movement of waste on and off-site
• Answering incoming calls, assisting with inquiries while providing excellent customer service
• Weighbridge operation
• Controlling some vehicle movements and directing traffic
• Data entry into the controlled waste tracking system ensuring accuracy at all times
• Assisting with EFT transactions

About You 

• Experienced in managing complex customer interactions effectively and professionally
• Intermediate computer skills required
• Excellent communication skills and have a confident phone manner
• Ability to  multitask and prioritise effectively
• Knowledge of weighbridge operations would be handy - but we can train you!
• Good friendly attitude and willing to be part of our team
