Administration & Customer Service Officer (Casual – 3 Months) | Mildura

We’re on the lookout for an Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our team in Mildura on a 3-month casual basis. Whether you’re starting your career, bringing years of experience, exploring casual work, or returning to the workforce, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll help keep things running smoothly by providing essential administrative support and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll be a key part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring our customers and internal teams are well supported.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide administrative and customer service support across assigned contracts and sites
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Keep data accurate and up to date, ensuring all processes align with company policies and finance timelines

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys helping others. You don’t need to tick every box, if you’re eager to learn and have a great attitude, we’ll support you.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy (data entry experience is a plus)
  • A customer-focused mindset and great communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
