The Opportunity
Based at our branch in Erskine Park, NSW the Fleet Administration Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining fleet-related data, systems, administration and processes.
About the role:
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain fleet records, registrations, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, workshops, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor vehicle availability and maintain an up-to-date fleet availability spreadsheet.
- Process fleet-related invoices, purchase orders, and administrative tasks.
- Enter and update weekly vehicle odometer (meter) readings in fleet management systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
About You
No two days are the same in this varied and challenging role, where you will use your confident communication skills to liaise with drivers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of fleet operations.
- Customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a similar position with exposure to multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working within the road transport industry.
- Skilled with use of Microsoft Office suite of products and fleet management software.
